I went to Taiwan recently and tried a really good mochi burnt cheesecake in taipei that's eggless too! Hence, this made me curious if I could bake it myself to have it whenever I want it in SG. And so I decided to bake this for the first time for one of my friend's bday surprise. How daring I was to try baking this for the surprise when I never did before HAHA but weee it tasted so so good! Another friend of mine even said that it tasted like the ones she ate that contains egg outside

Hence sharing this eggless burnt basque cheesecake that can be made as a big or a small one
