Recently obssessed with making tiramisu. This eggless tiramisu is ever so simple. Just a few ingredients, refrigerate it and its doneee. Suitable to customise to kids, youths or even adults!
The lady finger biscuit usually contains eggs so we use oreo/digestive biscuits to replace it
Ingredients
Oreo/Digestive Biscuits
Mascorpone cheese - 250g
Whipping Cream -
Sugar - 30g
Milo Powder and hot water
Steps:
Whisk the sugar and whip cream till it thickens
In a bowl, pour the mascarpone cheese and use a spatula to spread it to make it softer
Pour the whisked whipped cream mixture into the bowl slowly into the cheese and mix until combined.
[Optional] For other flavours like matcha, you can add in the respective powders (i.e. matcha powder) and mix till well combined.
In a small bowl, add 2 Tbsp of milo powder and some hot water (You can also choose to use coffee to replace milo powder).
Dip the oreo/digestive biscuit into the Milo mixture, then place it into your cup/bowl for the tiramisu as the first layer.
Layer some mascarpone cheese mixture on top of the Oreo/Digestive biscuit. Ensure that the cheese layer is not too thinly spread
Repeat step 5 to 6 for about 2-4 times depending on the size of your tiramisu cup/bowl.
Refrigerate the done cups/bowl for at least 2 hours.
Afterwhich, sieve milo powder onto the top of the last layer of cheese.
Enjoy your milomisu/tiramisu!
