Vegan Pomodoro

And we were craving for something sour again...


So we searched our house for ingredients and came to the decision of making Vegan Pomodoro :D


This was also our first attempt so we listed down all the ingredients we used:


Ingredients:

3 diced tomatoes

2-3 diced potatoes

3 sliced button mushrooms

2 sliced vegan hotdog

Some diced vegan ham (amount to be up to your preference)

Some water

½ bottle of Ketchup

Italian seasoning

Steps:

1. Stir-fry ham and hotdog set-aside

2. Stir fry potato, then add in the stir-fried ham and hotdog

3. Add in the mushroom and tomato until fragrant

4. Add tomato sauce and keep stirring until the sauce is evenly distributed

5. You can choose to add a bit of sugar or water if you find it too sour

6. Add a pinch of italian seasoning to give it more taste

7. Now, boil water and add a bit of salt and pepper before putting your spaghetti in and cook it for about 20minutes. (To check if it’s done, do try it before taking all your spaghetti out)

8. And it's done! Enjoy!

Things to note:

1. We recommend using olive oil to mix with the done spaghetti so that they won't clump together

2. Try not to add too much salt into the water when boiling the spaghetti if not it will be too salty
