Vegetarian Kimchi Cream Spaghetti

This vegetarian kimchi cream spaghetti is similar to how the cream spaghetti is made but with the addition of kimchi and gochujang. It's a dish many of my friends lovee. Inspired by saute-san actually haha but yes after trying it, decided to try re-creating it so here it is!


Serving: ~6 pax

Ingredients:

1 packet spaghetti

2/3 piece cream cheese

Soya Milk Unsweetened 1 packet

1 pack button mushroom (sliced), enoki mushroom

1 Broccoli

1 Tbsp Gochujang

1 Tbsp Gochugaru

5 Tbsp Kimchi

Some vegan ham

Some Ground black pepper

Some Sea Salt

Some mushroom seasoning

Some Basil leaf/Oregano


Procedures:

  1. Boil water with some salt and oil. Blanch the broccoli and set aside

  2. Put in the spaghetti and cook until its soft. Afterwards, rinse it over cold water and mix with some olive oil and set aside

  3. Stir fry the vegan ham and mushrooms until fragrant, then set aside

  4. Heat a pan with some butter/oil, cream cheese over low heat. Add in soya milk and season the mixture with some salt and/or mushroom seasoning

  5. Add in the remaining ingredients (ham, mushrooms, broccoli) and mix in such that the ingredients will blend in the cream

  6. Add in some kimchi, kimchi sauce, gochujang and gochugaru

  7. Add some basil leaf/oregano and black pepper and season it accordingly to your liking

  8. You can choose to put in all the spaghetti in or plate the spaghetti then add the sauce to respective plate
