Vegetarian Tom Yam Fried Rice

This time, I am craving for Tom Yam Fried Rice. During the times I was in Finland, I think I cook Fried Rice really well. But, after coming back, I think I forgot how to cook fried rice well. So I am going to give myself another chance to try again haha

Here I am, Just a beginner in cooking but I am sure during this circuit breaker, many are trying to learn to cook at the same time. As such, I decided to come up with a Cook With Me Series to help those struggling whereby I will film down the process of my cooking for everyone's reference (as well as for the future me given that I suffer from short term memory oops).


Before that, let me talk about the review for my fried rice first...

This time my fried rice was better than the last attempt in SG but I still think the one I cook in Finland was better? Which I cannot understand as here in Singapore we use fire to cook but in Finland we use induction so shouldn't the Singapore version have more wok hey? But the Finland one ends up better hahaha


So my dad joke, do you wanna buy a ticket fly to Finland to cook and then bring ur food back for us to try? If only I have Doraemon's 任意門 then maybe I want to do that hmm


Jokes aside, my mom commented that my fried rice was fragrant tho a bit on the saltier side (which I think I did not mix evenly oops) but at least it tasted nice hehe 🥳
